The old outdoor unit was badly rusted, and inside there was a decorative ceiling and wooden walls. We worked with the existing interior: openings for the pipes, positioning the new units, patching the ceiling, and fitting the indoor unit into the recess under the ceiling.

The bedroom had a built-in AC with pipes inside the wall. We changed it to a wall-mounted split unit with new pipes, patched the opened wall flat, and re-wrapped the pipes at the outdoor unit.
See the full job record →Most installers only show finished photos. We also show the not-so-pretty part — drilling, going through the wall, pulling pipes, finishing the edges. Whether an AC is installed well is decided in the thirty minutes when the wall is open, not after the unit is hung. Every photo below is from the same job, taken on the day, with no editing.
Photos can be picked; a video can't. This is the walk-through on completion day, one take through the whole home — room by room, you can see whether any unit is crooked, any pipe is exposed, or any wall isn't restored, all in one shot.
The original sound was removed to protect the owner's privacy; the footage is not edited.
Six key completed jobs · from a single studio unit to whole commercial spaces
A TECO fixed-speed system used for over 20 years was upgraded in one go to the Hitachi NJP inverter series. Old refrigerant recovered, all piping replaced, outdoor units grouped on the balcony.
Since the change we can't hear the AC at night at all, and Master Fang's pipe covers are really neat.
We came in during the office fit-out: pre-laid pipes, openings restored, and ducted vents hidden in the ceiling. Every item was checked off at handover.
Great cooperation with the designer — the ducted vents blend right into the ceiling.
The old window unit was noisy and used a lot of power, so it was upgraded to a Daikin split inverter heat-pump. Pipes run hidden along the corner; the outdoor unit is on the back balcony.
The power bill is so much lower, and in night mode you really can't hear it.
Pipes were laid before the renovation and openings restored afterwards, so no pipes are visible anywhere. We matched the carpentry work exactly.
You can't see any pipes after it was finished — it blends into the interior.
An old house fully renovated, fitted with Hitachi heat-and-cool units in the master bedroom, living room and guest room at once. We happily take jobs outside Taoyuan too.
Winters up in the hills are damp and cold — the heat-pump units really save us. Thank you for being willing to come from another city.
Pipes replaced inside the existing interior, with a Northern NU inverter heat-pump. It runs long hours in a commercial setting, has a 3-year warranty on the whole unit, and we handle any repairs ourselves.
Runs reliably for long hours, and after-sales repairs came the same day.
